Directors Lewis Nadel and Thomas Strok invited to attend the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police Conference in St. Thomas.  

The theme: “Violent Crimes in the Caribbean-Defining and Delivering a Regional Response.

As South Florida is tied closely to the Caribbean our attendees will bring back a wide range of ideas on  many regional security topics to share with the South Florida law enforcement community.

Crime Commission Directors Tom Strok and Lewis Nadel met with former Governor Crist.  The Governor has supported many law enforcement initiatives over the years and his efforts are appreciated by the Commission.

Commission Directors Tom Strok and Lewis Nadel attended the First Regional Law Enforcement Anti- Corruption Conference in Kingston, JA.  The subject of the conference was “Regional Cooperation for Anti-Corruption.  New initiatives were discussed and results will be shared by the Commission with local law  enforcement  administrators.
